ADNP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADNP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,433 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADNP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, CHAF1B, and CTR9. Each is linked with ADNP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADNP2-to-partner and partner-to-ADNP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 versus CDC73 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
