ADNP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADNP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,666 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADNP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUZ, UNK, and MCM3. Each is linked with ADNP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADNP2-to-partner and partner-to-ADNP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 versus FUZ in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
