The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ADM5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADM5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and BRCA are the cancer types where ADM5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
