ADM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,609 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHMT2, CCDC134, and ZER1. Each is linked with ADM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM2-to-partner and partner-to-ADM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADM2 versus SHMT2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
