ADM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOM1, RBX1, and PHF5A. Each is linked with ADM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADM2-to-partner and partner-to-ADM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADM2 versus TOM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
