ADIPOR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIPOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,316 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP5, FKBP4, and CMAS. Each is linked with ADIPOR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOR2 versus USP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
