Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADIPOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,111 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Recombinational repair. Each is linked with ADIPOR2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOR2 results are reported.
