ADIPOR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADIPOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM7, KRTAP4-5, and SPATA31D1. Each is linked with ADIPOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM7 grouped by ADIPOR2-low versus ADIPOR2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
