ADIPOR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIPOR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,820 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM7SF2, CYB5R1, and ACTG1P25. Each is linked with ADIPOR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOR1 versus TM7SF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
