ADIPOR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIPOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, eEF2K, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ADIPOR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mre11 grouped by ADIPOR1-low versus ADIPOR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
