ADIPOQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADIPOQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, EIF3JP1, and MIR875. Each is linked with ADIPOQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOQ-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by ADIPOQ-low versus ADIPOQ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
