ADIPOQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADIPOQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIPOQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRS, KDM6B, and FOXC1. Each is linked with ADIPOQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIPOQ-to-partner and partner-to-ADIPOQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRS grouped by ADIPOQ-low versus ADIPOQ-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIPOQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIPOQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
