Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6N2, OR51D1, and C7orf66. Each is linked with ADI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADI1-to-partner and partner-to-ADI1 results are reported.
