ADI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADI1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Osteoblast and CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with ADI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADI1-to-partner and partner-to-ADI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Osteoblast grouped by ADI1-low versus ADI1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
