ADHFE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADHFE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,544 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADHFE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALDH6A1, MYO9B_S1290, and NRDC. Each is linked with ADHFE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADHFE1-to-partner and partner-to-ADHFE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADHFE1 versus ALDH6A1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADHFE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADHFE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
