Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADHFE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,415 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADHFE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4A, MTERF3, and SNRPD1. Each is linked with ADHFE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADHFE1-to-partner and partner-to-ADHFE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADHFE1 versus C4A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADHFE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADHFE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
