The most reproducible ADHFE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Ketone body catabolic process. Each is linked with ADHFE1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADHFE1-to-partner and partner-to-ADHFE1 results are reported.
