Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADH7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADH7 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ADH7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADH7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and GBM are the cancer types where ADH7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
