ADH7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDCBP2, SLC9A3R1_S280, and TALDO1. Each is linked with ADH7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH7-to-partner and partner-to-ADH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
