ADH7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1C2, AKR1C1, and AKR1C3. Each is linked with ADH7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH7-to-partner and partner-to-ADH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
