ADH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, NCAPH2, and RHOXF2B. Each is linked with ADH7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH7-to-partner and partner-to-ADH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
