Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADH6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADH6 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ADH6 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADH6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CHOL, and SKCM are the cancer types where ADH6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
