ADH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, GAPDH, and MEK1. Each is linked with ADH6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH6-to-partner and partner-to-ADH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ADH6-low versus ADH6-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
