ADH6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADH6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,183 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with ADH6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH6-to-partner and partner-to-ADH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation grouped by ADH6-low versus ADH6-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
