ADH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECE2, FAM153B, and TAFA1. Each is linked with ADH6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH6-to-partner and partner-to-ADH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECE2 grouped by ADH6-low versus ADH6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
