Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADH5P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADH5P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ADH5P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADH5P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and READ show a favorable association.

STAD, KIRP, and LGG are the cancer types where ADH5P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
