Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADH5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADH5 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ADH5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADH5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where ADH5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
