ADH5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,665 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP5, ABCA8, and LMOD1. Each is linked with ADH5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH5-to-partner and partner-to-ADH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
