ADH1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,206 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1D, CINP, and PRORP. Each is linked with ADH1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1C-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1D grouped by ADH1C-low versus ADH1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
