ADH1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADH1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,769 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCC3, SGPP2, and TRIM31. Each is linked with ADH1C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1C-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADH1C versus ABCC3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
