ADH1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,259 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADH5, RPL7L1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with ADH1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1A-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
