ADH1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,973 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, C7, and NRROS. Each is linked with ADH1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1A-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
