ADGRL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,582 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX5, VRK1, and CCDC86. Each is linked with ADGRL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL4-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLRX5 grouped by ADGRL4-low versus ADGRL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
