Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,530 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADGRL2_S1334, ADGRL2_S1430, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with ADGRL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRL2 versus ADGRL2_S1334 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
