Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,170 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, HEYL, and CDH6. Each is linked with ADGRL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL2 results are reported.
