ADGRL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,054 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG4C, LRRC40, and NANOS2. Each is linked with ADGRL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATG4C grouped by ADGRL2-low versus ADGRL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
