ADGRG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,379 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A12, AZU1, and CAMP. Each is linked with ADGRG3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRG3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
