ADGRF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ATM, and c-Myc. Each is linked with ADGRF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF5-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by ADGRF5-low versus ADGRF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
