ADGRF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTC1, KCNA1, and G6PC. Each is linked with ADGRF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF5-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTC1 grouped by ADGRF5-low versus ADGRF5-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
