ADGRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with ADGRF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ADGRF2-low versus ADGRF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
