Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 706 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-matrix adhesion, Cell-substrate junction assembly, and Cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with ADGRF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRF2-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRF2 results are reported.
