Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADGRE5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADGRE5 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ADGRE5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRE5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ADGRE5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
