ADGRE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,725 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRTN3, PADI4, and MMP9. Each is linked with ADGRE3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE3 versus PRTN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
