ADGRE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,548 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, CXCL5, and LINC01506. Each is linked with ADGRE3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE3 versus AQP9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
