ADGRE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,886 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UFD1, LBX2, and KRT18P60. Each is linked with ADGRE3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UFD1 grouped by ADGRE3-low versus ADGRE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
