Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 338 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of 3'-UTR-mediated mRNA stabilization, Cell fate commitment involved in formation of primary germ layer, and Base-excision repair, gap-filling. Each is linked with ADGRE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE3-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE3 results are reported.
