ADGRE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB2, PLEKHO2, and PARVG. Each is linked with ADGRE1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE1 versus PLCB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
