Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,150 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLTP, TRIM24, and ADGRE2. Each is linked with ADGRE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE1 versus PLTP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
