Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADGRE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,370 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of type I interferon production, Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Positive regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly. Each is linked with ADGRE1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRE1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRE1 results are reported.
