The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ADGRD2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADGRD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, SARC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ADGRD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
